Sam Hannah-Rankin is the Executive Director for Public Sector Reform for the State Government of Victoria in Australia. The Public Sector Reform division supports new ways of working with and within government, and includes innovation, behavioural change, outcomes and evidence work across a range of policy and service delivery areas.
Sam specialises in guiding change in mature organisations, and has held senior executive roles in identity services, banking and digital communications businesses. She has also worked as a management consultant across both the public and private sectors.
Outside work, Sam theoretically enjoys music and reading, but as a mother of three boys she instead spends most of her free time refereeing full contact combat sports.
